Departure

 

Check out is by 10 A.M., we do not allow late check outs. You will be billed for an extra night if you have not checked out by 10 A.M.

Departure maid service is included in all weekly reservations. You will be billed for extra cleaning if you fail to perform the required check out list below.

 

Upon Departure Please:

• Collect all personal belongings.  We will not be held responsible for left items.

• Remove all food/drinks/trash from the property.

• Wash all dishes, empty dish washer and empty trash into outside containers.

• Lock all windows and doors.

• If you rented linens, please place them back in the bag and place outside the front door. 

• Leave thermostat at 80.

• Turn off all lights.

OCR Rentals IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for items left behind. Left items, if found, will require a shipping and handling charge. Items will only be held for 30 days if requested, prior to the next guest checking into the property.
